Ms. Alice Faye Burleson

Ms. Alice Burleson, 70, passed away Thursday, October 27, 2016 at MS Baptist Medical Center. Visitation will be 11:00 am-12:00 noon on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Funeral service will begin at 12:00 noon in the Byram Funeral Home Chapel. Interment following in the Terry Cemetery. Ms. Alice had lived in Terry, MS for 30 years and was a member of First Baptist Church of Terry. She loved to garden, cook and help others. She also worked for Terry Pit Stop 15 years ago. She is preceded in death by her parents, Rubel and Esteen Burleson and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include her five sisters, Patsy (Fred) Jones of Slidell, LA; Syble (Burt) Cone of Metarie, LA; Edna Burleson, Charlene Burleson and Charlotte Burleson Vinzant all of Terry, Mississippi; three brothers, Sonny (Dena) Burleson of Brandon; Jerry (Claudia) Burleson of Arapho, OK; Tommy (Linda) Burleson of Raymond, MS.
