Mrs. Alice Beatrice Burnett

Alice "Bebe" Beatrice Burnett went to be with her blessed Lord, Saturday, August 16, 2014, at University of Mississippi Medical Center. She was born April 20, 1922 to Ed and Nannie Jennings. She was a caring mother and grandmother, and loved her family dearly. She enjoyed sewing and was a devoted member of Faith Sunday School Class at Daniel Memorial Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her late husband, Henry Burnett, 2 sisters and 5 brothers. She is survived by her children: son, Charles (Carolyn) Burnett of Magee; daughter, Glenda (Cebron) Stovall of Jackson. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Brandi Brown of Florence, Lee (Vivian) Stovall of El Paso, TX, and Shannon (Brad) Westmorland of Wesson; great grandchildren, Devin Peacock, Bailee Stovall and Grayson Westmorland; and great great grandchildren, Aubrey and Kennedy Peacock. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00pm Sunday, August 17, 2014 and 9am until the 10am funeral service Monday, August 18, 2014 all at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Lakewood South Memorial Park.
