Mrs. Amanda 'Mandy" Headrick Hartzog

Amanda Martin Headrick Hartzog, 59, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, July 15, 2019 at her home in Terry. Visitation will be 5-7pm Wednesday, July 17, 2019 and 10am until the 11am funeral service Thursday, July 18, all at Wynndale Baptist Church in Terry. Interment will follow at Palestine Cemetery in Raymond. Mandy was a lifelong resident of the Jackson/Terry area and was a longtime faithful member of Wynndale Baptist Church, where she was a former Sunday School teacher. Working in the legal profession for 35 years, she was a retired Paralegal with Robinson Biggs Law Firm. Mandy loved working in the yard, and her backyard was beautiful! She also enjoyed traveling, but above all her greatest joy was her grandbabies that she lovingly took care of in her retirement. She is preceded in death by her parents, Sonny and Jo Vivian Hedgewood Headrick. Survivors include her loving husband of 40 years, Mike Hartzog of Terry; son Drew Hartzog (Kelly) of Crystal Springs; daughter, Shanna Hartzog- Smith (Zercon) of Brandon; brother, Jimmy Headrick (Carol) of Slidell, LA; sister, Julie Headrick of Byram; grandchildren, Kinsley and Bailey Hartzog; extended family, host of friends and her adored companion, puppy “Gracie”.
