Mrs. Angela Nicita Pope, 68, died Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at River Oaks Hospital. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. on Friday at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence and 10 a.m. prior to services at St. Therese on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Rye, New York.\ \ Born in Harrison, NY and graduated from Harrison High School in 1957, Mrs. Pope moved to Memphis, TN for 5 years before coming to the Jackson area in 1971. She was a Real Estate Broker with Century 21, Pope Realty and member of the MS Association of Realtors. She was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church and former member of St. Gregory The Great Catholic Church in Harrison, NY. Her family remembers her as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.\ \ She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Joseph and Josephine Nicita , husband, Raymond Pope, Sr. and sister, Annie Nicita Kuhn.\ \ She is survived by daughters: Karen Brown and husband Bryan of Raymond, Jody Pope of Florence, Lori...
