Mrs. Annie “Ann” Mae Lynch, 85, passed into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, January 12, 2019. There will be a visitation on Monday, January 14, 2019, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. The funeral service at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 will be preceded by a visitation from 10:00 am to 11:00 am also at Chancellor Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Florence, MS. Mrs. Ann loved her Lord, her family, and her church. Her passion in life was helping others. This led her to found and operate County Line Food Pantry for 15 years. Her family remembers that every Christmas she would find a family in need and provide for them. She enjoyed teaching Sunday School, singing, sewing, reading, cooking, and traveling on mission trips to Mexico. She owned and operated a catering business and managed the school cafeteria at McLaurin schools. Mrs. Lynch was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas J. Lynch. She is survived by her daughters, Tommie (Barry) Sullivan of Braxton, and Shirley Williams of Ellisville; her brothers, J.W. (Betty) Walker, O.C. (Shirley) Walker of Florence, Edward (Judy)Walker Florence, and Allen Ray Walker of Crystal Springs; her sister, Johnnie Walker of Terry; grandchildren, Anna Sullivan, Michael Williams, and Christie Harrison; and great grandchildren, Leslie Higgs, Lauren Higgs, and Wyatt Williams.
