Annie “Sue” McAdams, 81, loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away on Friday, June 3, at Merit Health Central in Jackson. Visitation will be Monday, June 6, from 5-8pm at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram and again on Tuesday. June 7, at 10am at the Church of Christ in Ackerman, MS with funeral services beginning at 12noon. Interment will immediately follow at the Antioch Methodist Church Cemetery in Ackerman, MS. Mrs. McAdams was born on December 9, 1934, to Lavert and Eva Mae Fondren in Choctaw County. She was married to Billy Lee McAdams on January 19, 1952. They were faithful members of Siwell Road Church of Christ for over 50 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, James Lamar Fondren. She is survived by her husband, Billy McAdams of 64 years; daughters, Joy Hutson, Gail Crockett (Greg), Frankie Barlow (Leslie); son, William Lee McAdams (Debra); Sister, Betty Martin (Bobby); brother, Charles Morris Fondren (Patricia); ten grandchildren, Lyndsay, Abby, Brett, Brad, Paul, Katie, Neil, Zac, Kayla, William; and five great grandchildren, Isabella, John, Oliver, Morgan, Eva June, and twins on the way.
