Arla M. Bailey

Ms. Arla M. Bailey passed away Sunday, August 25, 2024.  She was 94 years old.  Born in Benton, MS on December 3, 1929, to Charles L. Campbell, Sr and Rebecca Cochran Campbell.  Arla moved to Terry at an early age and lived there most of her life. She worked as a License Practical Nurse for 22 years at Rankin General Hospital.  She enjoyed fishing at Bee Lake, reading a good book, and crocheting for friends and family. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, her son, Richard A. Packer and daughter, Vivian R. "Becky" Packer.

She is survived by sons, James H. Packer, III and Ronald C. Packer, eleven grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 2 great, great grandchildren. 

There will be a Graveside Service only, Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 10am, at Terry City Cemetery.
