Ms. Barbara Jane Presley

Barbara Jane Presley, 70, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2013 at her home. Visitation will be Friday, December 6th from 5-8 PM and Saturday, December 7th from 9 AM until the 10 AM funeral service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will follow at Carr Methodist Church Cemetery in Forest, MS. Mrs. Presley, a life long resident of Jackson, spent most of her life working as a beautician. Later in life, she worked in childcare with First Baptist Church of Byram. She enjoyed her flowers and working in her yard. Mrs. Presley is survived by her sons, Michael Presley of Yazoo City and Timothy (Tish) Presley of Florence; brothers, Robert (Arnettie) Sanders of Jackson; sister, Tina (Paul) Musselman of Orlando, FL; 7 grandchildren, Tina Presley, Robert Presley, Chase Frazier, Sydney Benton, Samantha Presley, Ashleigh Presley, and Lawson Presley; and 5 great grandchildren, Kendall, Leanne and Little James Burns, and Nathaniel and Hunter Presley.
