Barbara Dawn Gant, 40, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at her home in Jackson. Visitation will be 5-8pm Friday, March 14, 2008 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Services will be 2:00pm Saturday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Cash Cemetery in Lena, MS.\ \ Dawn was born August 12, 1967 to Roger and Carolyn Pettigrew in Jackson, MS.She lived all her life in the Jackson area and worked for the Hinds County Tax Collectors Office. Dawn was a member of Daniel Memorial Baptist Church.\ \ Survivors include her parents Roger and Carolyn Pettigrew of Jackson; husband, Shane Gant of Pearl; daughters, Jessica and Erica Marsman of Byram, Kristen and Kaley Tolbert of Moss Point, Kinsley Gant of Jackson and brother Neal Pettigrew of Byram.\ \ On line guest book available at www.chancellorfuneralhome.com.\ \
