Mr. Barry Vernard Kelly

Barry Vernard Kelly, 61, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2019 at University Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation will be 5-8pm Monday, July 8, 2019 and 10am until the 11am funeral service Tuesday, July 9, all at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Clinton. Mr. Kelly moved to Byram from Jackson and was a faithful member of St. Therese Catholic Church. He was a mechanic for Carmax, who loved cars and especially enjoyed antique and muscle car shows. He also liked watching racing, football, going out to eat and to the movies. Mr. Kelly was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Louise Kelly of Clinton; loving wife, Catherine Kelly of Byram; daughter, Leslie White (Bradley) of Louisville; brother, Eric Kelly (Donna) of Jackson; three grandchildren, Ryleigh, Avery and Conner White; aunt, Gwendolyn Bankston, one niece, one nephew, several cousins and a host of friends.
