Beatrice Webb

Bea "Muh" Webb, 101, went to be with her Lord, Monday, November 19, at MS Baptist Hospital.\ \ Visitation is scheduled for 4 until 7 PM Tuesday at Chancellor Funeral Home, Florence and Wednesday from 9:00 until the 10:00 AM Funeral Service at Clear Branch Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.\ \ A native of Florence, Mrs. Bea had lived in Jackson for 40 years before returning to Florence where she spent the rest of her life. She was a graduate of MS Woman's College (Now William Carey) and taught school at Florence before her lifelong career as a homemaker. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Jackson before returning to Clear Branch Baptist Church.\ \ She is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Horace Watts Webb; a daughter Barbara Webb; her parents Percy and Annie Ross White; and Brothers Capt. Harry White and Willie B. White.\ \ Mrs. Webb is survived by her son Billy (Shirley) Webb of Florence; Daughters, Jane (Doug) Campbell and Sue (Frank) Allbritton all of Florence and Beth Smira of Richland; eleven grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.\ \ The family wishes to extend very special thanks to the staff of Villa South for their love and care for Mrs. Bea.\ \ In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Clear Branch Baptist Church\
