Ms. Becky Mitchell Watkins

Rebecca “Becky” Diane Mitchell Watkins, 48, went to be with her heavenly Father on Friday, May 3, 2013 after a strenuous battle with cancer. Visitation will be Monday, May 6th from 5-8 PM and Tuesday, May 7th from 1 PM until the 2 PM Funeral Service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories. Becky was born in Vicksburg, MS on September 5, 1964. She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt .She worked for Central Mississippi Wholesale Florist as a Sales Associate. She worked there for 9 years until her health failed. Becky enjoyed being around her family and friends especially when there was family outings. She loved playing foosball. She will be missed dearly. Becky is survived by her son, Jamie (Nicole) Price, Jr. of Brandon; father, Thomas (Wanda) Mitchell of Crystal Springs; mother, Annette Bishop of Florence; brothers, Tommy (Patty) Mitchell of Jackson and Eddie Ray Mitchell; sisters, Patricia Holt of Star, Niecy Mitchell and Sandy Mitchell of Florence; 3 grandchildren, Ashtyn Price, Zoe Price and Landon Price.
