Bessie Watkins

Bessie B. Watkins, 93, died Monday, October 15, 2012 at her home in Byram. \ She was born April 6, 1919, one of eleven children, all of whom preceded her in death.\ Mrs. Watkins is also preceded in death by her parents, W.A. and Maudie Martin and husband Dudley Watkins.\ \ Her legacy includes a son, Curtis (Elizabeth) Watkins and a daughter, Sylvia Williamson, as well as 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren. \ \ Visitation will be 5-8pm Tuesday, October 16, 2012 and Wednesday, October 17, from 9am until the 10am funeral service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram.
