Mrs Betty Malley Dear

Mrs. Gino Betty Ann Malley Dear, 81, of Harrisville, MS passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2020. There will be a visitation for Mrs. Dear on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Harrisville Baptist Church from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM and a funeral service at 11:00 AM also at Harrisville Baptist Church. Burial will follow the funeral service at Harrisville Cemetery. Mrs. Dear, a faithful member of Harrisville Baptist Church, lived in Harrisville for 73 years. She loved her family and lived for her children and grandchildren. She was also passionate about serving the Lord and her church. She could be found representing her church by visiting throughout the community in the evenings. She enjoyed travelling and camping, in fact, they visited every state. Mountains were her favorite travel destination. Over the years Mrs. Dear had developed quite a collection of barbie dolls and baskets. Mrs. Dear was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Maude Malley; brothers, James and Bob Malley, and a sister, Marie Moore. Mrs. Dear leaves behind the love of her life, her husband of 63 years, JP Dear of Harrisville; sons, Eric (Karin) Dear of Harrisville, Chet (Joan) Dear of Monticello; a sister Minnie Garrett; a brother, Bill Malley; six grandchildren, Rita Moore, Cammie Clark, Brennan Dear, Anna Grace Dear, Erika Herrington, and Allie Tubby; eight great grandchildren, Adam Moore, Nathaniel Moore, Jonas Moore, Jayce Clark, Noah Clark, Andrew Clark, Nolan Herrington, and Reese Tubby; and one great, great grandchild, Elliot Rayne Moore.
