Betty Joyce Hatten Johnson November 10, 1939-February 5, 2010.\ \ Betty Joyce Hatten Johnson went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 5, 2010 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Visitation will be 2-4pm Sunday February 8, 2010 and Monday 9:30-10:30am all at Harrisville Baptist Church. Funeral services are 10:30 at the church\ \ To know Betty (or Betty Joyce as her dad would call her) was to love her. She was always out going and fun to be around. She would tell you she was shy but we all knew better.\ \ She was the oldest of four children. Her closest sibling was her younger brother, W.N. They grew up together with all the love and conflict most brothers and sisters go through. When she was ten she became a big sister to her little sister, Doris Ann and even later found herself becoming even a bigger sister to her younger brother, Raymond.\ \ She married young and within nine years found herself the proud mother of four boys, Rusty, Ronnie, Rodney and Randy.
