Beulah Faye Lofton

Ms. Beulah Faye Lofton of Utica, passed away April 4, 2023 at St. Dominic’s Hospital in Jackson.  Ms. Faye was 82 years old.  Born to Austin Lofton and Alice Watts Lofton of Brookhaven, on February 8, 1941.  Ms. Faye had been a resident of Utica for the last 10 years.  She enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers.  She loved trips to Florida, going to the antique markets and being on the beach.  She never missed a chance to go fishing or camping.  She loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, and son-in-law, Kirk Benton.

She is survived by her daughter, Sheila Benton; grandsons, Adam Benton (Jenny) of Raymond, MS, and Patrick Benton (Angela) of Wimauma, FL; and granddaughter, Tina Starnes (Chase) of Raymond, MS; 1 sister, Brenda Perrere of Baton Rouge, LA; and 3 brothers, Kirby Lofton(Priscilla) of Ponchatoula, LA, Billy Lofton (Pat) of New Caney, TX, and Troy Lofton (Debbie) of Kentwood, LA. Along with those left to cherish her memory are her great grandchildren, Ava, Baileigh, and Baby Boy Benton, Julia Brundige, and Everly Starnes.

A private celebration of her life will be held at a later time.
