Billy Cody, "PawPaw", 81, of Florence passed away peacefully at home on July 12, 2012. He was married to Dorothy Herndon Cody for over 60 years. To this union was born three daughters, Teresa (Paul) Masters of Naples, FL, Melinda (Rob) Berry of Shivers, MS and Pamela (Scott) Moran of Hattiesburg, MS; nine grandchildren, Brooke (Brian) Grainger of Birmingham, AL, Jessica Bernamonti of Brandon, MS, Brandon Lunsford of Brandon, Amanda Lunsford of Brandon, Chad Masters of Naples, FL, Jennifer Masters of Naples, FL, Hamilton Lunsford of Starkville, MS, Robert Berry of Shivers, MS and Andrew Berry of Shivers, MS; and one sister, Doris Berry of Shivers, MS.\ PawPaw was a loving father, husband, grandfather, brother, and friend to many and will be sorely missed.\ Billy moved from Shivers, MS to Homestead, FL in 1948.
