Billy Mcgee, Sr.

Mr. Billy Hugh McGee, Sr., 71 died at his home in Florence on Monday, May 25, 2009. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 27, 2009 from 5-8 p.m. and Thursday 11 - 1 prior to his service at 1 p.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories.\ \ Owner and operator of McGee Farm Equipment and Utility Trailers, Mr. McGee had lived in Florence 10 years moving from Flowood. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Florence. He loved the Lord and people and had faithfully served in ministry to the residents of Brandon Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for 6 years.\ \ He is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Illar Mae McGee; brother, James Russell McGee.\ \ He is survived by his wife, Evelyn McGee of Florence; sons: Billy H. McGee, Jr. and wife, Kathy, Bruce McGee and wife Vickie, Ricky McGee and wife Sandra all of Brandon, and John Riley; daughter, Sheila Cash of Jacksonville, Fl; sister, Helen Stewart of Lake Village, AR; numerous grandchildren and 1 great grandson.\ \
