Sister Bobbie Sue Felts

Sister Bobbie Sue Felts, 77, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Regency Hospital in Jackson. Family and Friends will gather Saturday, June 8th from 5-8 PM at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence and Sunday, June 9th from 10 AM until the 11 AM funeral service at Jesus Name Tabernacle. Burial will follow at Poplar Springs Cemetery in Florence. Sister Felts has lived all of her life in Simpson County. She was a member of Jesus Name Tabernacle in Florence and was retired from Crystal Springs Shirt Factory. She was an avid seamstress who loved quilting, cross stitching and collected angels. Sister Felts was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Marvin Felts, Jr. and her son, William Grady Sanford. She is survived by her son, Wayne (Lynn) Sanford of Florence; daughters, Mary (Carlton) Rush of Brandon and Lois (Johnny) Roney of Florence; sister, Evelyn “Toot” Welch of Harrisville; 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
