Mrs. Bobbie Rae Luckey Lowery, 83, passed into the arms of Jesus on Monday, September 14, 2020 at her home in Florence. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, September 18, 2020 from 9:00 – 10:45 a.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. She will be laid to rest at Florence City Cemetery following a private Graveside Service. Mrs. Lowery was born January 26, 1937 in Smith County, MS to the late Claude and Ellie Luckey. She has called Florence home for the last 64 years. She retired from Perry’s Drugs in Florence and was a member of First Baptist Church. Along with her parents, Mrs. Lowery is also preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Lowery; son, Randy Lowery; great grandson, Isaac Pearson; brothers, Clifton Luckey and Jack Luckey; and sisters, Claudie Rogers, Ella High, Bonnie Davis, and Winnie Faye Welborn. She is survived by her daughters, Teresa Lowery Tucker (Eddie) and Vicki Lowery Lewis (Jimmy); daughter-in-law, Carol Lowery; grandchildren, Linc Tucker (Jenny), Amber Pearson (nick) Michael Skeen (Georgette), Lyndi Laird (Jeffrey), and Emily Sandridge (Stephen); great grandchildren, J.T. Pearson, Maggie Tucker, Ava Morton, Avery Laird, Kate Laird, and Andrew Sandridge.
