Mr. Bobby Rhodes Clark

Bobby Rhodes Clark age 72, a resident of Florence, MS, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022. Visitation will be on Monday, January 17, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence, MS. Visitation Tuesday will be at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Florence, MS. from 11 a.m. until noon, with services beginning at noon. Interment will follow in Clear Branch Baptist Church Cemetery Bobby was born April 10, 1948, to the late Edwin and Della Sue Clark. He joined the military in 1968 and served as a Specialist 4 in the United States Army. Bobby was an active Member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and VFW in Florence. He was also a member of the Big River Classic Car Club. He enjoyed many years of coaching youth football, was an avid hunter, loved restoring antique vehicles and always had a story to tell! Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, sisters Agatha Sue Hilton, Jean Pearson and brother Rudolph Clark. He is survived by his wife Dianne, sons B.J.(Angel) Clark, Rusty Clark and grandchildren Gabe, Hayden, Logan and Cooper Clark, Kyle, Casey and Cody Jernigan. His brother George Clark and sister Ann McKay. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Building Fund: 2194 White Road Florence, MS 39073.
