Bobby Jay Conner, Sr.

Bobby Conner, Sr., 63, passed away at his home in Raymond after a brief illness. Visitation will be 11:00 am - 12:30 pm Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at Chancellor Funeral in Florence. A graveside service will held at 1:00 PM in the Florence Cemetery.\ \ Mr. Conner was born in Eagle Lake, Texas. However, he lived most of his life in Mississippi. He worked as an Antique Dealer, specializing in furniture and glassware. His hobbies included fishing, woodworking, and cooking.\ \ He was preceded in death by his parents and his granddaughter, Tiffany JoAnna Martin.\ \ He is survived by his children, Bobby Jean Curtis, Spring Sunshine Martin, Bobby J. Conner, Jr., and April Jean Bray; brothers, Thomas Edward Jordan, Jr. and Billy Dean Jordan; sisters, Betty Blanch Messina and Candy Ann Mohon; and grandchildren, Carl Edward Curtis, Jr., Joseph Nathan Martin, Branden John Martin, Christopher Michael Dillon, Katelyn Michelle Conner, and Brianna Grace Bray.
