Brandy Netto Yount

Brandy Netto Yount of Brandon passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at Merit Health Rankin. She was 38 years old. The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, July 19^th from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. The funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 20^th at 12:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service, also at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Crestview Memorial Gardens in Brandon.

Brandy was born September 14, 1983, to Ernest and Francis Netto in Bay St. Louis, MS. She was raised on the MS Gulf Coast but moved to Rankin County around 20 years ago. She was a stay-at-home mom that loved going to the park with her children. She also enjoyed going to truck shows, the movies and going out to eat. She loved movies; her favorite was The Nightmare Before Christmas. She also loved the colors sapphire blue and black.

Brandy was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Netto and her sister, Sandy Netto. She is survived by her husband, Chris Yount of Brandon; children, Christy Yount and Dana Yount, both of Brandon; her mother, Francis Netto; and sister, Barby Netto.
