William Carl Kinstley, Sr., 74, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2012 at Manhattan Nursing Home in Jackson. Visitation will be 3pm until the 4pm Memorial Service, Sunday, November 11 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram.\ \ Mr. Kinstley was born in Copiah County, MS to the late William and Verah Smith Kinstley. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army having lived in Jackson for the past 24 years. His profession was a Tool & Dye Maker and he was a member of First Baptist Church of Jackson.\ \ He is preceded in death by daughters Dianne Brown and Deborah Taylor\ \ Survivors include his wife Evelyn Kinstley of Jackson; sons Billy Kinstley of Jacskon, Eddie Trest of Hernando and Dewayne Trest of Vicksburg; daughter Cynthia Mabry of Jackson; 10 grandchildren and 7 gret grandchildren.\ \ Memorials may be made to Little Light House, PO Box 13662, Jackson, MS 39236.\ \ On line guest book available at www.chancellorfuneralhome.com.\
