Her love for education extended beyond the classroom as she cherished reading to children, nurturing their imaginations and a lifelong love for learning.
In addition to her commitment to education, Sue had a variety of interests that reflected her creative spirit. She found great joy in working with ceramics and cake decorating, honing her skills and bringing smiles to those around her. She also loved the challenge of playing wordscapes, a testament to her sharp mind and fondness for language. She loved playing the piano. Sue was particularly known for her delicious pecan pies, a proud accomplishment of hers that showcased her culinary talents.
