Charles Frazier

Mr. Charles Wilburn Frazier, 82, passed away Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Tuesday at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence with interment in Rosemont Gardens Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5-8 PM Monday and also from 9-10 AM Tuesday at the funeral home.\ \ Mr. Frazier was born August 13, 1930 to the late Rev. Joe Robert and Linnie Boykin Frazier. He was a member of Victory Congregational Methodist Church. He spent four years in the US Air Force and three years in the US Army.\ \ Mr. Frazier was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Balfa Sandifer Frazier; his son, Ricky Bell; brothers, Lamar, Raymond, Carlton, and Herbert Frazier; and one grandson. \ \ He is survived by his son, Don Bell of San Diego, CA; daughters, Beverly Sebren (Mike) of Florence and Cathy Graham (Gene) of Pensacola, FL; brothers, William, Gary, and Joe Frazier; and sister, Mildred Louise Neely. Mr Frazier is also survived by four grandchildren.\ \ The family has requested that memorials be made to Victory Congregational Methodist Church.
