Mrs. Charlotte Evonne Ragland

Mrs. Charlotte Evonne Ragland, 55, passed away on July 10, 2013 at her home in Florence. She is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Ragland and by her parents, Elmer and Clara Waits. She is survived by her son, Richard Arnette of Denver, CO; brothers, John Waits and David Waits, both of Greenville, SC; sister, Sue Thompson of Florence; and one grandchild, Edie Arnette.
