Mr. Chris Deen

John Christian Deen, 59, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2013 at UMC in Jackson. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 22, 2013, 9am until the 11am funeral service, at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park. Chris was a lifelong resident of Jackson. He worked 20 years with Buford Plumbing, later with Deposit Guaranty in Jackson and retired senior maintenance engineer with Bailey Properties. When he wasn’t working he was spending time with his children, family and investing in the lives of the neighborhood boys. He is preceded in death by his brothers David H. Deen and Steve W. Deen. He is survived by his sons Jason (Tina) Deen of Wesson, Andy (Keli) Deen of Wesson and Aaron Deen of Jackson; grandchildren Christopher Deen, Cody Hughes, Abbie Deen, Holly Hughes, Trista Deen and Cailey Deen.
