Colleen Bales

Colleen Fulgham Bales, age 79, entered Heaven's gates on January 26, 2013 at the Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Colleen was born October 10, 1933 in Grenada, MS, the daughter of Sue L. Fulgham. She was united in marriage to Bobby R. Bales on December 4, 1991 in Jackson, MS. He preceded her in death May 19, 2012. They were married for 21 blissful years. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her mother, Sue L. Fulgham.\ \ Colleen received an Associate Degree from Hinds Community College in 1988. She continued her education at Jackson State University, from which she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in 1999. She worked for Ellington Electronic Supply, Inc. and the Department of Human Services as a Certified Accountant.\ \ Graveside services will be held at 10am Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe, LA.
