Colon "Kelly" Smith Jr.

Colon “Kelly” Smith Jr. passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2023, in Florence, Mississippi. He was 52 years old. 

Kelly was born on February 21, 1971, to Colon Kelly Smith Sr. and Roma “Carol” McFall Smith in Jackson, Mississippi. He was a member of Clear Branch Baptist Church in Florence. Kelly was an avid movie watcher. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, motorcycles and gardening. Kelly was also an accomplished Glazier.

Kelly is preceded in death by his parents and son, Joshua Kelly Smith. He is survived by his daughter, Hannah Smith (Dalton) of Panama City, FL; sisters, Lisa Nixon of Florence and Tammie Coleman (Lee) of Florence and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
