Mrs. Darlene JoAnn Louise Schneider

Darlene JoAnn Louise Schneider, 75, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Merit Health Central Hospital in Jackson. Visitation will be 12 noon-1:00pm Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. The memorial service to celebrate her life will begin at 1:00pm Saturday. Mrs. Schneider was a longtime resident of the Jackson-Byram area and she was of the Episcopal faith. Lovingly called “Mama Darlene”, she enjoyed dancing, cooking and loved going to Wal-Mart. She absolutely loved her son Stefan and her great grandchild “Hayden” and slow riding her faithful companion, her dog, “Mr. Krinkles”. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Lillian Burroughs Hannigan.; two brothers, Bill and Ronnie and her son, Robert Wayne “Robbie” Schneider. Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years, Frank Schneider of Byram; son Stefan Schneider (April) of Byram; her precious grandchild Carley Hardin (Marcus); great grandchild, Hayden and many friends.
