Debbie Driscoll

Debbie Driscoll\ Glenn Allen, VA\ \ Deborah Marie Driscoll, 56, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday March 4, 2010. Visitation will be 9-11am Tuesday March 9, 2010 at Briar Hill Baptist Church in Florence. A Memorial Service will be held at 11am at the church.\ Debbie was born in Hattiesburg, MS and graduated from Florence High School.\ She earned her Associates degree from Hinds Junior College. She was a retired systems analyst with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Insurance Company in Virginia.\ Debbie was a member of Cornerstone Christian Church in Richmond, VA. She was very active volunteering with church activities and survivors of cancer. As a cancer survivor she ministered to many others who were dealing with cancer by sharing her gift of cooking casseroles, cakes and many other dishes. Her life was a testimony of her faith. She also served as a volunteer with the International Mission Board. One of her favorite pastimes was crocheting. \ Survivors include her husband John T. Driscoll of Glen Allen,Va. Her parents\ Ed and Doris Thigpen of Florence. Son and his wife David and Jennifer Seitz of Florence. Daughter Kelley Marie Seitz of Biloxi, MS. Brothers, Bobby (Sue)Thigpen, Ken (Chris) Thigpen all of Florence. Sister and her husband Judy and Richard Stevens of Florence. Grandchildren Grace, Landon and Leah Seitz all of Florence. Nieces Meagan, Lyndsey and Lauren. Great-nephew Austin. Great-niece Avery.\ Mother and father-in-law Rose and John Driscoll of Virginia. Brother-in-law Patrick Driscoll of Virginia. Sisters-in-law Sharon Driscoll, Nancy Lane, Dianne Godsey ,Kathy Hassell and a host of extended family and friends. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the International Mission Board or a favorite charity.\
