Ms. Debra Dianne Martell, 47 died at her home in Florence, March 18, 2010. Visitation will be Sunday, March 21, 2010 from 2:30 p.m. - 4 p.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Memorial services will be on July 6, 2010 at 10 a.m. at St. Cyril & Methoduis Catholic Church in Windber, PA\ \ Family and friends will remember Debi by her "sparkling eyes" and her personality of "never meeting a stranger." She was employed by Walmart. She had lived in Florence for 10 years coming from Ohio.\ \ She is preceded in death by her brother, Don Martell and God-Mother, Peggy Brewer.\ \ She is survived by her mother and father, Don and Geri Martell of Florence; son, Heath Webber of Elyria, OH , special friend, Mike Peets; aunt, Nancy and the late George Merisko of Ormond Beach, FL. and cousins: Ron and Niok Meris, Ron Meris, Jr, Joey and Shun Kelly, and Matthew Sankovich.\
