Ms. Destiny Darlene Gay

Ms. Destiny Darlene Gay, 23, passed away on Monday, July 23, 2018 in Richland. Services will be held on Saturday, July 28, at 11:00am at the Chancellor Funeral Home Chapel in Florence. Visitations will be from 5:00-8:00pm on Friday, July 27 and from 10:00-11:00pm on Saturday, July 28. Interment will follow at Lakewood South Memorial Park in Jackson. Ms. Gay has lived in the Jackson/Richland area all her life. She was a homemaker, a very loving, caring and giving person who will be missed by all who knew her. Ms. Gay is preceded in death by her grandmother, Kathy Carroll; great grandfather, Chester Wingate; and uncle, Shane Dement. She is survived by her mother, Anita Perkins; step-father, Jonathan Bailey of Richland; father, Jody Gay of Brandon; grandparents, George and Brenda Carroll of Pearl; great grandparents, Jim and Carolyn Evans; daughters, Gabriella, Jayla and Maya Singleton of Richland; brother, Christopher Gay of Richland; sister, Charity Patrick and brothers, Javian and Jacoby Bailey.
