Mrs. Diana D. Blackwell

Diana Dale Blackwell, 57, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015 in the comfort of her home. There will be a Memorial Service at 2 PM on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence with visitation one hour prior to the service. Diana was born October 31, 1957 to Walter and Billie Ruth Butler of Riverside, CA. She made her home in Mississippi and in 1976 she graduated from Provine High School and on October 10, 1986 she married Tony Blackwell and they have two children, Josh & Justin Blackwell. Diana enjoyed spending time with her family and was very passionate about animals and loved her dog Jake like one of her own children. Diana is preceded in death by her parents Walter and Billie Ruth Butler. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Tony Blackwell; sons, Josh Blackwell and Justin Blackwell and wife Alyssa, all of Florence; sister, Ginger Edgerly; brother, Rondal Blackwell (Cynthia) all of Gulfport; 2 grandchildren, Alayna Hazel Blackwell and Sawyer Marie Blackwell; and several nieces and nephews.
