Diego Ariel Reinoso

May 27, 2004 — November 2, 2024

Brandon

Diego Ariel Reinoso was born on May 27, 2004, in Flowood, Mississippi, and left us too soon on November 2, 2024, in Florence, Mississippi. He was the light in the lives of his family and friends. Always connecting with others through his contagious smile and kind-hearted nature.

Diego found joy in the simplest things in life. He was kindhearted up front and to the point and never missed an opportunity to tell you just what he thought, even if it was, “Seriously, are you wearing those ugly shoes?” LOL He loved sarcastic humor and that was evident by the smile he kept. He loved motorcycles, sports cars, dancing, and fishing. He brought laughter to everyone he encountered and always left you better than he found you.

Above all, Diego was grounded by the love he had for his family. His mother, Misty Lynn Reinoso, held a special place in his heart; her unwavering support and love shaped the incredible person he became. Diego’s bond with his father, Cesar E. Reinoso, remained strong, a testament to his family's unity. He leaves behind cherished memories with his beloved girlfriend, Carmen Hammons, and loving siblings, Sandy Maples, Priscilla Hayes, Christina, and Ryan Hayes and grandfather, Jerry Buckley, Sr. The warmth of family extended to uncles Michael, Jimmy, Raul Reinoso, and Jerry Buckley, Jr. as well as aunts Emma Reinoso, Cindy Richard’ and Ariel Buckley. He was also close to his very important cousin, Jennifer Buckley, and cousins Francessa Reinoso, Blair Richard’, Skylar Richard’ and Kyle Richard’. Diego is preceded in death by his loving grandmother, Catalina Blanca Stegman.

Diego's spirit touched many. He was known for his humor, always bringing laughter to any gathering, and ensuring those around him felt included and appreciated. His kindness left an indelible mark on his friends, many of whom are left reflecting on the joyful memories they created together. He loved life and embraced every moment, inspiring those around him to do the same.

As we mourn the passing of this extraordinary young man, we take solace in knowing that his light will continue to shine in our hearts. Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life, starting with visitation on November 10, 2024, at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM, and concluding with burial at Glenwood Memorial Cemetery in Richland at 2:00 PM.

Diego Ariel Rienoso may no longer walk among us, but his legacy of laughter, love, and life will forever remain. He is missed dearly, but his spirit will continue to inspire all those who were privileged to share in his journey.
