Donna Arlene Rollins

Donna Arlene Rollins, 85, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on January 28, 2024, at her home in Terry, Mississippi.   Mrs. Donna was born to Woodrow Gould and Lucille Mary Glasgow on February 9, 1938, in Illinois.  

Donna was a Quality Control Inspector for 3M for many years and after her retirement from there she served as a CNA.  She was known for her unwavering love and dedication to her family, always prioritizing her children. Donna's warm and caring nature touched the lives of all who knew her.

Donna's greatest source of pride and joy was her family. One of her favorite pastimes was tending to her beautiful flower beds as she reveled in the tranquility of gardening. It brought her immense pleasure to see colors come to life under her care.

Donna believed in the importance of supporting others facing similar challenges by being an active participant in Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). Through her involvement in AA, she created a safe space for individuals on their journey to recovery. Her dedication and guidance touched the lives of countless individuals, leaving a lasting impact on the community she held dear. For the last year and a half that she was in Terry, she attended Hillcrest Baptist Church.  

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Frank Rollins, her parents, and her son Luke Duncan, her grandson Joshua Duncan, and her sister Janet Reed.

She is survived by her sons: Ron Duncan (Dee) of Medford, OR, Mark (Josie) Duncan of Portland, OR, Tim Duncan (Randi) of Portland, OR, and her daughter, Jamie Holden (Gary) of Terry, MS, seven grandchildren: Becky Mincey, Ben (Missy) Holden, Chelsea Duncan, Michael Duncan, Cora Duncan, Mandy Kramer, and James Duncan. As well as her eight great-grandchildren: Kaedence Chiasson, Philip Chiasson, Holden Mincey, Rose Duncan, Lilly Kramer, Josh Holden, Harper Holden, and Creed Holden.  

The family will hold a Memorial Service in Medford, OR at a later date.
