Dorothy Arrington

Mrs. Dorothy Nell Arrington, 81, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at Jaquith Nursing Home in Whitfield, MS. Visitation will be Friday, April 6th from 5-8 pm at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. A graveside service will be Saturday, April 7th at Blue Mountain Cemetery in Blue Mountain, MS.\ \ Mrs. Arrington was born August 14, 1930 in Calhoun County, MS and moved to Jackson in 1952. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie P. Arrington and her son, Roger Arrington. She is survived by her son, Jerry Arrington of Richland; daughter, Norma Box of Ripley, MS; 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren. \ \ In lieu of flowers, Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society. \
