Wayne Douglas Lancaster, 64 , died Thursday, May 28, 2009 at his home in Terry. Visitation will be 5-8pm Friday, May 29, 2009 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Services will be 10am Saturday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at\ St. Louis Cemetery in Houma, LA.\ \ Mr. Lancaster was born November 26, 1944 in Jackson, MS to Bill and Corrine Lancaster and was a Veteran of the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam. He was a retired Chief Engineer for the off shore company McDermott.\ \ He is preceded in death by his wife, Paula Ann Lancaster and sister, Billie Joyce Welch. Survivors include his son, Parrish Lancaster and daughter-in-law Sandy of Amite, LA; daughter Angela Knight and son-in-law Nathaniel of Terry; his loving canine companion "Chapman"; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.\ \ On line guest book at www.chancellorfuneralhome.com.\
