Clorus Claiborne "Ed" Edwards, 79 , died Monday, May 21, 2012 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation will be 9am until the 11am funeral service Friday, May 25 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.\ \ Mr. Edwards was born in Starkville, MS to the late Hugh Claiborne Edwards and Essie Gertrude McMillan Edwards. He had lived in Terry since 2000 having come from South Jackson. Mr. Edwards worked with Durham School Services as a driver for the last 11 years. He was hard working, kind and loved his family dearly.\ \ Survivors include his loving wife of 54 years Joyce Edwards of Terry; daughter Julie Edwards Waltman of Mobile, AL; sisters Juanita Brewer of Mountain Home, AR and Peggy Boone of Sanger, TX; grandchildren Cassie and Russell Davis; great grandson Christian Edward Davis.\
