Phares Ed "Esrom" Frazier, 71, died Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. Visitation will be 5-8pm Thursday, May 19, 2011 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Services will be 11am Friday, May 20, 2011 at Highland Baptist Church, with a one hour visitation prior to service at the church. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.\ \ Mr. Frazier had lived most of his life in Jackson, with the last 15 years in Raymond. He was a 1958 graduate of Central High School , and attended Hinds Junior College. He retired in 1995, as Captain from the Jackson Fire Department, after 32 years of service. Mr. Frazier was a Certified Residential Appraiser, 3rd degree Blackbelt with Clinton Shotokan Karate, former member of the Metro Civitan Club and was an accomplished guitarist and composer. He was a member and Deacon at Highland Baptist Church.\ \ Survivors include his wife Cynthia Jones Frazier of Raymond; sons Robert P. Frazier (Tarri) of Alphretta, GA, Travis W. Frazier (Tammy) of Byram, Sammy Frazier of Terry and Bryan Frazier of Raymond; sister Carol Marble (Ron) of Indianola; 7 grandchildren, Lacey, Linzy, Hannah, Nathan, Austin, Madison, and Mason.\
