Edna “Eddie” Mae Hultz, 81, went to be with the Lord on February 11, 2020, at her home in Crystal Springs. Visitation will be Thursday, February 13, from 5:00—7:00 p.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram and again on Friday, February 14, from 2:00 p.m. until the hour of the service at 3:00 p.m. at Crystal Springs Bible Church. Interment will follow at the Old Crystal Springs Cemetery. Mrs. Hultz was born to Frank Stacy and Fannie Redd Stacy on June 24, 1938, in Indianola. A long-time resident of Crystal Springs, she was employed as a secretary for Sheet Metal Union for thirty years. She was a faithful member of Crystal Springs Bible Church where she played the piano and taught children’s Sunday school. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing and swimming, traveling with her husband, and riding her motorcycle. She was a life-long learner who took computer and photo restoration classes. One of Eddie’s greatest joys was spending Thursdays with her best friend and daughter, Sheila. Thursdays were ‘girls day’ just for them and boys were only included if his birthday fell on Thursday. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings; three precious children, Gary, Ricky, and Robin; and great-grandson, Nicholas. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Bob; three sons, Johnny (Judy) Sanders of Brandon, Tony (Sandra) Sanders of Pearl, and David (Mary) Hultz of Plant City, Florida; daughter, Sheila Gressett of Jackson; eleven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Donations may be made to the mission fund at Crystal Springs Bible Church.
