Eleanor L. Harvey

Eleanor Lucille Harvey, 95, passed away in Brandon on Sunday, August 21, 2011. Visitation was held at Chancellor Funeral Home on Monday, August 22, 2011 from 5-8 pm. A graveside service took place at Floral Hills Memorial Park in Pearl on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at 10am.\ \ Mrs. Harvey was a member of First Baptist Church in Brandon. She worked in the cafeteria at Rankin Medical Center and was a housewife for over 35 years. She loved to read.\ \ Mrs. Harvey is preceded in death by her husband, Howard G. Harvey and her daughter, Doris Kay Black. She is survived by her son, Howard G. Harvey, Jr. (Rose) of Elon College, NC; daughters, Davida Spencer (Grady) of Silver Creek, MS, Patsy Maddox (James) of Pelahatchie, MS, and Nancy Black (Bill) of Goshen Springs, MS; brother, William F. "Bill" Barrett, Jr. (Dot) of Pearl, MS; son-in-law, Buddy Black; 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren.\
