Mrs. Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Holley Hollingsworth

Elizabeth Ann “Betty” Holley Hollingsworth, 75, passed away Monday, April 6, 2015 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Visitation will be 6-8pm Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Graveside services will be held at 10:30am Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Lakewood South. Mrs. Hollingsworth was born in Canton, MS to the late Carl Wilford Holley and Dorothy Josephine Minninger Holley. She was a devoted school bus driver of 38 years for Hinds County Schools and was a parishioner of St. Therese Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her husband George Thomas Hollingsworth and son George Randall Hollingsworth. Survivors include her son Carl Ray Hollingsworth of Byram; daughter Dorothy Elise Hollingsworth of Raymond; sisters Becky Wahl (Charles) of Pearl and Carlene Cook (John) of Butler, PA; 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
