Mrs. Emma Gene Ingle

Emma Gene Ingle, 96, was born on August 15, 1924 and was called to heaven on Tuesday, December 08, 2020. Visitation will be Friday, December 11, 2020 at Franklin Baptist Church in Flora, MS from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service at 11:00 a.m. with a graveside to follow at Bolton Cemetery. Emma Gene was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Howard Ingle, Sr.; sons, Robert Howard Ingle, Jr., William Dixon Ingle, and Thomas Reed Ingle; and her loving mother, Mama Williams. She is survived by daughters, Helen Carol Ingle Madden of Byram, Susan Hope Ingle Frost (Danny) of Bella Vista, AK, and Pamela Dawn Ingle Hosey (Byron) of Madison; sons, Richard Eugene Ingle (Linda) of Brownsville and Charles Lee Ingle (Susan) of LaGrange, GA; as well as her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and sister, Conner Price of Philadelphia, MS. Emma Gene lived in Brownsville for most of her married life. She is a member of Franklin Baptist Church. She loved and enjoyed her church family. She spent her life raising her children and caring for her grandchildren. She was always ready and willing to help anyone in need. Her heart was big and she was “mama” to all who knew her.
