Emma Jean Casteel, 77, died Monday March 7, 2011 at her home. Visitation will be 5-6pm Friday, March 10, 2011 followed by a memorial service at 6:00pm at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence.\ \ Mrs. Casteel enjoyed talking and spending time with her family. She loved to read and play Yahtzee.\ \ She is preceded in death by her husband, Basil Carlton Casteel; two sisters; and one brother. She is survived by her sons, Patrick (Gloria) Casteel of NV, Michael (Wanda) Casteel of TX, Robert (Nancy) Casteel of CA, and James (Geri) Casteel of AZ; daughters, Dorothy Eldred of MI, Susan (Gary) Harvey of Mendenhall and Mary Casteel of Mendenhall; brother, Donald Burke of MI; Sisters, Reda Coone of MI and Barbara Mellen of MI; 14 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.\
