Floyd Junior McDonald

Mr. Floyd Junior McDonald, age 76, passed away at his home in Utica, Mississippi.  He was born March 31, 1946, in Neshoba County to J D McDonald and Catherine Goodwin.  His family moved to South Jackson and he met and married Miss Sandra Sue Grant soon after.  They had three daughters, that he was so very proud of.  He enjoyed riding motorcycles and playing golf.   He loved being a grandfather and a great grandfather and watching his grands play sports.  He treasured the many family trips they were able to take and enjoyed making memories with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his beloved wife of 55 years, Sandra Grant McDonald, and a sister, Rita Ingram.

He is survived by his three daughters, Tammy Seaton (Mike) of Utica, Teresa Callahan (David) of Florence, and Teina Bullock (Shannon) of Utica.  He is also survived by one sister, Inez Covington (Willie) of Madison; three grandchildren, Kevin Polk (Ashleigh), John Dillan Callahan (Emily), and Gavin Callahan; and three great grandchildren, Addie Polk, JD Polk, and John Avery Callahan.

There will be a Graveside service at 10:00 am, Friday, February 17, 2023, at Faith Baptist Church Cemetery in Utica.
