Mrs. Frances Mary Tucker

Frances Mary Bridges Tucker, 89, passed away Saturday, April 28, 2018 at her home in Florence. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. funeral service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will follow at Clear Branch Cemetery. Mrs. Tucker was a life-long resident of Florence and she attended First Baptist Church of Florence where she taught Sunday School for over 30 years. She also taught elementary school at Florence for many years and she loved to read. Mrs. Tucker is preceded in death by her parents, U.S. and Alma Bridges; her husband, A. J. Tucker; and 3 brothers, J. A. Bridges, J.R. Bridges, and U.S. Bridges, Jr. She is survived by her son, Cliff (Dorothy) Tucker of Laurel; daughter, Janet (Scottie) White of Florence; grandchildren, A.J. White, Dalton White, Heather (Ryan) Milner, and Clint (Danielle) Tucker; and 4 great grandchildren, Tucker Milner, Cannon Milner, Judson Milner and Anna Lea Milner.
