Mr. Frank Hinton

Franklin Roosevelt Hinton, 82, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019 at VA Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation will be 5-8pm Saturday, January 12, 2019 and 1pm until the 2pm funeral service Sunday, January 13, all at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Circle H Cemetery in Crystal Springs. Mr. Hinton was born in Pinola, MS to the late Elijah Hinton and Emma Jane Grubbs Hinton. He was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was an Electrician retiring from Packard Electric. He was a cattleman who loved his family dearly. He is preceded in death by his sister, Jill Young and brothers, Dave and Louis Hinton. Survivors include his wife, Willie Mae Hinton of Crystal Springs; son, Norman Hinton (Lori) of Crystal Springs; daughter, Jane Bruce of Crystal Springs; sisters, Jean Tew, Betty Hinton, Helen McCarty, Rosie Neimi and Dia Seale; grandchildren, Christopher Hinton, Justin Hinton, Joshua Hinton, Hunter Hinton, Dan Bruce and Jesi Bruce; great grandchildren, Colton Hinton, Grayson Hinton, Eli Hinton, Natalie Hinton, Emily Hinton, Raelynn Hinton and Julie Weaver (Bruce).
