Mr. Gary Oliver Crockett

Gary Oliver Crockett, 69, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at his home. Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life on Saturday, November 19, 2016, 2pm at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Mr. Crockett was born in Missouri , reared in Kansas and lived the last 19 years in Jackson. He enjoyed University of Kansas basketball and loved the Kansas City Chiefs football, old movies and his pets. Mr. Crockett was Maintenance Supervisor for Jackson-Hinds County Library System. He is preceded in death by his father John Oliver Crockett, mother, Mayme Fortune Willoughby and step-father Julian Willoughby. Survivors include his wife Judy Crockett; five step grandchildren and three step children and their spouses. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mississippi Animal Rescue League.
